Q.  What exactly is Drive Away Expidited Vehicle Shipping? 

A.   Drive Away Expidited Vehicle Shipping is the shipping of vehicles where the cars are driven, rather than hauled, to their destination. 

Q.   How do I know you are working on my transport?

A.   Our experienced Customer Service Staff will be contacting you when your order is booked and dispatched.

Q.   Can I montior the progress of my transport?

A.   Yes, once dispatched, your transporter will be calling you.  He will give you his cellphone number so you can call anytime you want an update.

Q.   How quickly can I have my car shipped?

A.   In most cases, delivery can take as little as two weeks, from ordering to delivery.  Once the transport is booked, you will be informed of the shipping schedule.  Most transports take 1-2 days to complete.

Q.   Can you deliver early?

A.   Our dispatchers are instructed to schedule the runs at 500 miles per day.  Our drivers get paid a bonus when they deliver early. 

Q.   What  if you are running late?

A.   Once assigned, your Transporter will be calling you every morning to update the status of your transport.

Q.   I don't want to clean out my car.  I have too much gear in it.

A.   No problem.  our experienced transporters will safeguard your gear and belongings.  Nothing will be damaged or missing.  He will check securement and let you know if he has any problems with it.  We can also have your car detailed at an extra cost.

Q.    I have heard about people taking vacations.

A.   We have too.  You are assured on getting a REAL PROFESSIONAL!  All of our transporters are experienced, full time employees.  We will never hand over a vehicle to someone who has not passed our exhaustive background investigation.  Our background investigation goes beyond even the most strict Bonding Guidlines, so you are assured of prompt delivery of your vehicle.

Q.   What about "Joyriding?"

A.   Our Transporters are professionals.  We have a strict "NO RIDER" policy so you are assured safety and security will be maintained.  We only hire Bondable Drivers with a Perfect Safety Record for the last 5 years, so you can feel safe and comfortable trusting the beloved family car to us.

Q.   Do you have Governmental Authority to Operate?

A.   Under Part 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, we are not required to apply for authority to operate.  We handle only vehicles under 10,000 lbs and exempt vehicles.

Q.   Do you abide by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations?

A.   Yes, we do.  We limit our drivers hours of operation, and abide by all the Safety Regulations currently in place.  Our transporters fill out the same paperwork and logs the Truckers do.

Q.  What is your safety record?

A.   We are very proud to say, we have a perfect safety record!  We have had no accidents since we opened.  The last accident of all our transporters was in January, 2001.

Q.  Are you insured?

A.   We are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS.  We are self insured for your convienance.  If, in the unfortunate circumstance, there be an incident, you will be dealing directly with us, not an insurance company. 

Q.  You put a scratch on my car!  I want $50,000 for a new paint job!!

A.   We will prosecute any and all incidents of attempted insurance fraud, and fight all fraudulant complaints.  We shall also sue the offender for costs and loss of business and reputation. 

Q.  How do you arrive at your quotes?

A.   Our quotes are based upon the distance, weight, and other factors, such as competition. 

Q. Are your price quotes negotiable? 

A.  A good negotiator will always get the best price.  We know what our bottom line is, and we know the flexability of our charges.
